WHATCHADOING APP

 

Whatchadoing (which is a software app and trading name of Apps2Data (Holdings) Limited) (“We”) understands that your personal data and privacy is important to you and that you care about how your personal data is used. We respect and value the personal data and privacy of everyone who visits our website, www.whatchadoing.app (“Our Site”) and download and uses our app, Whatchadoing, (“Our App”) and will only collect and use personal data in ways that are described here, and in a way that is consistent with our obligations and your rights under the law.

 

Whatchadoing is a free Android app available on Google Play. It does not require the user to register and Whatchadoing does not process or store any personal data as defined by data protection legislation. Whatchadoing will gather anonymised data on the apps that you used but that will not be linked to any personal data of yours.

 

Please read this Data Protection and Privacy Policy carefully and ensure that you understand it.

Account”  means an account required to use our App;

2. Information About Us

Whatchadoing is an App and also a trading name of Apps2Data (Holding) Limited, a limited company registered in Scotland under company number SC247471 under whose registered address is 7 Palmerstone Place, Edinburgh, EH12 5AH

Our App is provided for free to consumers and business users. It is a time management and timekeeping app. It gathers data for users of Our App as to the apps that they access on their mobile telephones including how often, when and where they use them. This data is not linked to You and is thus anonymous data.

This Data Protection and Privacy Policy applies to the use of data that is collected by Us.

We do not collect any personal data. We do gather data as to Your use of apps but none of it is personal data or can be linked to your identity.

11. Keeping Personal Data Safe

We shall use effective technological measures not to store or process any personal data of yours.

12. Subject Access Request

If you want to know what personal data We have about you, you can ask Us for details of that personal data and for a copy of it (where any such personal data is held). This is known as a “subject access request”.

All subject access requests should be made in writing and sent to the email or postal addresses shown in Part 14.  To make this as easy as possible for you, a Subject Access Request Form is available for you to use. You do not have to use this form, but it is the easiest way to tell Us everything We need to know to respond to your request as quickly as possible.

There is not normally any charge for a subject access request. If your request is ‘manifestly unfounded or excessive’ (for example, if you make repetitive requests) a fee may be charged to cover our administrative costs in responding.

We will respond to your subject access request within 1 month and, in any case, not more than  one month of receiving it. Normally, We aim to provide a complete response, including a copy of your personal data within that time. In some cases, however, particularly if your request is more complex, more time may be required up to a maximum of three months from the date We receive your request. You will be kept fully informed of Our progress.

 

13. How Do You Use Cookies? 

Our Site may place and access certain Cookies on your computer or device. We use Cookies to facilitate and improve your experience of Our Site and to provide and improve Our  products  AND/OR  services.
